   I have super oily skin as a result of PCOS. My friend uses this and recommended it to me. I mixed about two tablespoons of powder with enough apple cider vinegar (in a little paper cup) to make it clay mask consistency.
   First of all, it STINKS if you use ACV. I have a sensitive nose and I had to wash my face multiple times to get rid of the smell.
   Secondly, even though I have oily skin, it dried me out badly. I left the mask on for 5-10 minutes and it was so tight it hurt a little. Definitely have to apply moisturizer after use.
   Even with these things, I give it three stars because my acne improved. I don't think it really did much for my oily skin, however. I only use it once or twice per month.

   I wanted a product that would help with Blemishes or Dark Spots, I watched you tube reviews and have some friends that use the product as well. But it DIDNT WORK for dark spots or blemishes. I had two or three bumps and yes they went away and my skin was very clean , removed black heads and dead skin was removed along with my pores being open and I actually enjoyed the pulsing feeling it caused. But OVERALL this product will be on my shelve and only use once every other month

I heard good things about this mask so I decided to try it but honestly I think its maybe average. the package says you'll feel a "tingling" on your face as the product is working but my face itched like crazy as the mask dried and both times I had to remove it early. There was no redness or aftermath with my skin so I don't think I'm allergic, just think they mistook itching for tingling.. oh well. Didnt hurt me, just didnt do anything for me either.

I didn't put enough liquid and the clay started to harden fast, so make sure you apply right away. If you have very problematic skin, then you will most likely experience redness (looks kinda like sunburn) for @least 30min-1hour. The redness will go away eventually so don't be alarmed right away. It did for sure DEEP clean my skin no doubt about it. I recommend you follow the instructions and suggestions on how frequently to use the product or else you will harm your skin.

   I think it depends on what type of ACV you use, I recently tried this two times with a different brand than before and my face is so red after 10 minutes and before I could leave it on for 20+ minutes no problems but I also diluted the other brand I used before as well so that may also have something to do with the redness! My face currently looks like it’s been terribly burned.

   It works for unclogging pores, but it's not any better than cheaper options. However I do not have acne or a lot of zits. I do like that it comes powdered. I have extremely dry skin, I don't recommend it for anyone with dry skin.

   It works really well, the only thing I don’t like is that you have to mix it yourself and it’s so messy and a pain to clean up. Or maybe I’m just messy and because of that it gets everywhere. I don’t know. I’d rather have a mask that’s ready to apply.

   This was exciting to try, but I am not sure it actually did much. I definitely have that issue when transitioning to a natural deodorant of having more stink than I preferred, and while it probably took it down a notch to use this for a couple weeks, there was not such a notable difference during or after using this that I can say for certainty that it did indeed work.
   
   However, it does make some intuitive sense to me that using charcoal topically in an area with bacteria could potentially be a useful thing to do, and I certainly had fun slathering the stuff on and trying it.
